Greeting Cards 2010 - printing instruction and despatch details

Sub: New Year Greeting Cards 2010

Please note the following:

1) Total No. of Greeting Cards 8000 Nos.
2) 3 Cards with Portrait and 1 card with Landscape size
3) Screen printing (in the Card) details:
a) all cards will have seasons' greeting message in RED
b) Bottom left L&T Logo with signature line in Blue
c) for Mr.S.K. Mittra's card, his name will appear in Blue at the bottom right in line with L&T Logo.
d) for Mr.Arvind K Garg, his name will appear in Blue at the bottom right in line with L&T Logo.
e) for the rest of the cards only L&T Logo with signatureline in blue at bottom left.

4) Screen printing on the envelopes:
a) for SKM, his name and address in dark greyat bottom left
b) for AKG, his name and address in dark greyat bottom left
c) for others only L&T logo with signature line in dark greyat bottom left.

for SKM and AKG the total quantity will be mix of all four designs and accordingly the names to be printed in all.

First please provide us a sample card with screen print.
