CD printing

Hi Ravi Could I ask you to print the following for me please? 1) 40 x CD front cover - measuring 12cm x 12cm. I've attached a photograph - if you could print this on a card that will be placed into the CD cover. The back of this card needs to be navy blue (the same navy blue as the CD sticker), with the following text in gold: Ivy and Anand hope you enjoy the enclosed photos of our wedding. Thank-you to each and everyone of you who came out to India to make this occasion so wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding! With our heartfelt thanks, enjoy looking through the pictures. 2) 60 x CD stickers - keep the same design as the original 3) Addresses for the envelopes. If you could print these on sticker labels to attach to the envelopes for postage. The document is attached. Thanks Ravi.
