1. Click on the attachment provided with this mail.
2. You will be prompted for your password.
3. The password is of 13 characters. It is a combination of the first 4 letters of your name, in upper case , as it appears on your Account statement (ignore spaces and periods, if any) and the 9 digits of your customer id. The customer id would be available in the first page of your cheque book or in the Welcome letter received by you along with the Welcome Kit. For instance, if your name appears on the statement of account as C. K. AJAY KUMAR with cust id as 009001234, then the password would be CKAJ009001234.
4. If you encounter any problem in opening your E-statement,please check the following
- You have entered the password correctly
- Your Web / IT / Email administrator allows E-mails with attachment.
5. Depending on your personal spam filter settings it is possible the E-statement may be directed to your junk folder rather than your inbox. Please check in both.
6. You will need Adobe Reader ver. 6.0 or above to open your statement. Incase you are not able to print from your current version of Adobe Reader, Please download the latest version from www.adobe.com.
In case of any discrepancy, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of the statement.You can call us at our Phone banking number 1860-425-8888 from a BSNL or MTNL landline.

1. The revised charge structure is being sent you as a seperate email. In case of non reciept of the revised charge structure / for any clarification, you may please contact the nearest branch.
2. Interest on savings bank deposit is calculated at a rate fixed by RBI. The present rate is 3.5% and RBI has revised the method of application. With effect from 01.04.2010, interest shall be paid on daily product method on quarterly basis.

Thanks for the draft. Please see changes to the text and graphics in the attached Word doc. I have also listed them below.
What size would the finished card be?

All pages - add same border graphic all around each page
Page 1 -
1) Make changes to text as in attached Word doc
2) Decrease the size of the "Shankha, Chakra" graphic
3) See Vatu graphic
Page 2 -
1) In the last paragraph on "Yagnopaveeta Dharanam", remove the extra line after "Sacred Thread".
Page 3 -
1) Add " II Sri Srinivasa Parabrahmane Namaha II
II Srimathe Ramanujaya Namaha II
2) Add a line or some small graphic before the "Muhurtham" line.
Page 4 -
1) Decrease the size of the Namaste graphic
2) Decrease the font size of all the names by a couple of points
3) Add Telephone No. at the bottom of the page (just above the border)
Envelope -
1) Replace the Ganesha graphic with the Guru graphic
2) Remove the Guru graphic on the right
(so only one graphic on the left side is enough)
3) Add "Book-Post" at the top right
4) See full address in the attached doc.
