to add at the end: The Agarwal brothers were deeply overwhelmed by the L&T's service, which stretched beyond the call of normal duty and exceeded the expectations. Thus creating new standards in customer delight. This was aptly reflected in the  customer M/s. ARSS Infrastructure Projects Limited, which went ahead and  finalized the purchase of 10 machines in a single order, comprising five PC200-6, three PC130-7 and two PC71 L&T-Komatsu Hydraulic Excavators.
