I missed an important point earlier. We MUST add TM in a circle (or is it R?) to indicate that we have applied for the trade mark. The name of TM owner (FAL) should appear on the packet. For that we can add the words Trade Mark owned by next to Marketed by.
Other legal issues: please check.
Rajendraji's point: about South Indian languages: let us go ahead with this one but be prepared to change that part if we go to North. For Mumbai, this can be used.
