God has given us two ears and one mouth that only mean to listen more and talk less. One need not listen from the ears but also from the heart. To listen from each cell of one's body is to awaken a wordless intelligence.
When you listen to music listen from every cell of your being, a new feeling will arise. You don't have to remember but a wordless intelligence will surround you. When you drink water you don't have to remember how much water you drank and what are the qualities it has? What is the use of all that? It becomes a part of you and nourishes you inwardly. If you listen to life deeply you will be digesting life. Life does not want to impose anything on you but expects you to digest it properly.
"What is salvation?" asked the student.
"Seeing truth as it is and not how it should be", replied the master.
"Doesn't every one see truth as it is?" enquired the student.
"No. Most people imagine seeing the truth as it is", replied the master.
"I can't see the difference?"
"If you imagine you are drowning and knowing you cannot drown since there is no water anywhere around you, there is an ocean of difference between both of them", replied the master.
