With reference to above, I have not received the renewed card, as the same
has to be delivered during its scheduled time. As far as I am concerned, the
old card, which was expired and the has been disposed at my end. However,
may I request you to kindly issue a new card and send to my postal address
which is already with you.

In this regard, I have contacted your customer care and they advised me to
send an email regarding this.
