We need to make a booklet which will consist of the following in the following order

 

a)      Notice of Court Meeting – Refer File ML Advertisement

b)      Section 393 statement – Refer File MindTree Limited 393 statement – Only ignore last two pages

c)       Scheme of Amalgamation – Refer File Scheme of Amalgamation

d)      Fairness Opinion – as in file Fairness opinion

e)      Attendance & Proxy to be made on one page – Pl use last two pages of file MindTree Limited 393 statement

 

Pl make a booklet and send to me prrof reading – Need abt 70K copies
