The Unsecured creditors notice and 393 statements are OK.
In the shareholders notice and 393 statements, the corrections of venue and Chairman have to be made. The attached document specifies the places where the changes are to be made.
I have not seen the notices and 393 statements for the unsecured creditors of Mindtree Wireless. The Court has ordered that the meeting be held at 4.00 PM and not at 5.00 PM as was discussed earlier. Hence this may kindly be noted.
