Please find attached the changes made to the doc sent by you today. Please do not use older versions of documents for making changes. Make changes as per the three docs sent today. Please call me tomorrow morning to discuss if you have any doubts.

I am sending you the shareholders booklet with the changes. This is the first part of document from 'notice' till the 'scheme of amalgamation'.

The Proxy form of shareholders(+attendance slip) is wrongly attached in the booklet of the unsecured creditors. Kindly attach the unsecured creditors proxy form(+attendance slip) to the booklet and send across the same.

I will let you know if there are any other changes in both the booklets,
